Chelsea have been told by Lamine Yamal that Barcelona’s Fermin Lopez never had any interest in moving to Stamford Bridge.
The 22-year-old has long been tracked by the Blues and were weighing up a £40million swoop.
But Yamal said: “He’s fine and happy as always. At Barca, if someone leaves, it’s their decision.
“We’re a young, united group where there are no problems between us, and we enjoy the club we’re at.
“I don’t think anyone wants to leave. We jokingly asked him what was going on with England, but he told us he wanted to stay, that he was happy.”
